Nope, walk-ins are always welcome Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Call ahead only if you want a specific staff member or a longer service like an immigration physical.
How fast do I get my results?
Negative results are typically back within 24 hours. Non-negative results take an additional 24–48 hours for MRO review. Rapid screens are available on-site within 15 minutes.
Is Total Tox a DOT-certified provider?
Yes. We are 100% compliant with 49 CFR Part 40, employ NRCME-certified medical examiners, and provide breath alcohol testing with DOT-qualified BATs.
Do you offer on-site or mobile testing?
Yes, for employers of 25+ employees. We dispatch DOT-qualified collectors to your jobsite, office, or facility.
What insurance do you accept?
Most workplace testing is billed directly to the employer. For DOT physicals and immigration exams, we accept cash, card, and most major insurance plans. Call us for specifics.
