Total Tox was founded on a simple frustration: every employer we talked to was juggling three vendors for drug testing, physicals, and background checks, and waiting weeks for results from every one of them.
So we built a one-stop clinic. We combined DOT-certified collectors, FMCSA medical examiners, and a USCIS civil surgeon under one roof, partnered with SAMHSA-certified labs for 24–48 hour turnaround, and added on-site fingerprinting for the agencies that need it.
